It’s the luck of the Irish at the Arizona Humane Society! All dogs ages one year and older have waived adoption fees to celebrate St. Pawtrick’s Day, thanks to the generosity of the Petfinder Foundation! The special takes place Thursday, March 17 – Sunday, March 20 at both AHS adoption locations.
This special will create much-needed dog kennel space to continue bringing in more sick, injured, and abused pets in need of help. Adorable pets such as Ryker (below), a handsome three-year-old Sharpei mix who has been waiting for his furever home since January of this year and is one of AHS’ longtime residents.
Both Arizona Humane Society locations (Nina Mason Pulliam South Mountain Campus and PetSmart Scottsdale) will be taking part in this special, and all pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and current on all vaccinations. You’ll also receive a bag of Hill’s Science Diet food and a free follow-up veterinary exam with VCA Animal Hospitals.
Bring a bit ‘o good luck to AHS pups this holiday by adding an adorable furry friend as a permanent part of your family by viewing the pets currently up for adoption at AHS, and make an appointment. Visit azhumane.org/adopt.
