Disabled Army Veteran Frank Colwell Collapsed in Early October.
He was stranded on the floor, unable to get up or talk. For six days.
And watching over Colwell were his faithful companions, Sassy and Chewey, who never left his side.
The Arizona Humane Society is committed to keeping pets like Sassy and Chewey in homes and with the families who love them. And when you make a gift, your donation helps support AHS’ comprehensive medical, behavioral rehabilitation, surrender intervention and spay/neuter initiatives that have saved an additional 80,000 lives over the past five years.
As 2019 comes to a close, please consider these tax-advantage charitable giving opportunities such as:
- IRA Rollover: If you are 70½ or older, an IRA Rollover helps you fulfill your required minimum distribution without generating taxable income.
- Stock Gift: Donate your appreciated stocks to a nonprofit and eliminate capital gains tax.
- Donor-Advised Fund: If you have a donor-advised fund, you can recommend grants to the Arizona Humane Society.
Thank you for giving the gift of hope to twice as many homeless and abused animals.
