Supporters, your voices have resonated at the Capitol. We sincerely appreciate your tireless commitment to the animals of Arizona. Thanks to our collective engagement, improvements have been made to the Cattleman’s Bill HB2587 that are encouraging. But the amendments don’t go far enough.

AHS, along with our coalition partners, remain united and are steadfastly opposed to the bill. We continue to work on the issue daily, and will keep you updated if/when it’s scheduled for a vote. We remain hopeful our legislators will do the right thing for all animals of Arizona. We’ll keep you posted and, again, we sincerely appreciate your advocacy on this issue.
