FOX 10 & 3TV: Emergency Electrical Repairs at AHS’ Sunnyslope Campus
Written by: Arizona Humane Society
News Highlights:
The Arizona Humane Society’s Sunnyslope Campus is undergoing emergency electrical repairs, which has shut down critical areas of the Sunnyslope Campus beginning Sunday, August 11.
The areas affected include Sunnyslope cat and dog adoptions, the behavior room, cat hospital and cat holding areas, and two critical medical areas – the Ring Room for cats being cared for with Ringworm as well as Mutternity Suites for pregnant and nursing canine moms and their babies. AHS’ teams worked to get generators up and running in some of those areas and have been able to place many of the medical pets into AHS Foster Hero homes.
Adoptions at AHS’ Sunnyslope Campus remain closed through these repairs. Adoptions at AHS’ three other locations are open.
