Zero Hot Car Deaths This Summer Thanks To Campaign With MCAO & Valley Partners!
Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and Valley Partners Celebrate Success of Don’t Leave Me Behind Campaign.
Today, County Attorney Bill Montgomery, alongside the Arizona Humane Society, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Penguin Air & Plumbing, held a news conference to celebrate the success of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office Don’t Leave Me Behind vehicular heatstroke awareness campaign.
The summer-long campaign dedicated to warning drivers about the dangers of leaving young children and pets in unattended vehicles aimed to reach the goal of ZERO deaths due to vehicular heatstroke. We are thrilled to report that the campaign did just that.
Watch the press conference to hear more about this summer’s efforts and the need for people to remain vigilant as Valley temperatures remain in the triple digits.
